So getting back on track against an ex-champion in Usman, albeit an ex-champ at a lower weight, is of utmost importance to the South African.

He moved up to middleweight in 2023 to fight Khamzat Chimaev, but had a third straight setback. The Buckley win back at 170 was crucial, but the 39-year-old has been out more than a year.
